SPORTS CONDITIONING
This is one-on-one work in the gym, using the information gathered from the initial physical assessment. Because it's built around your results, it's very specific to both your sport and your current physical condition and thus very effective at helping you achieve your event goals. Our programmes always cover four areas of training, namely stability (developing strength specific to any given joint), mobility (ensuring full movement in every joint), flexibility (restoring good balance to apposing muscles) and strength (helping development of muscle tone).
How you benefit:
- develop a stronger, more mobile body
- experience a greater ability to handle training without injury, discomfort or pain
- reduce the potential for movement restriction as you age
