As an athlete, how you think, what your sleep and pre-sleep habits are, how you breathe, how (and when) you
train, how you cope with stress and how you create and spend your energy are all important to consider.
We are able to show you what your current state of health is by using an extensive questionnaire, with
outcomes subsequently plotted onto a graph. This
provides a graphic illustration of the state of health of your various body systems, such as adrenals, thyroid,
kidneys, liver, bladder, digestion, cardiovascular etc. From here we can understand which systems are
particularly stressed and can make appropriate suggestions for supporting them.
