TANYA WYATT
Tanya is the author of two internationally released fitness books and is also a nutrition and lifestyle coach. In the past decade, she has been involved in developing training courses, lecturing and writing on behalf of educational institutions and contributing to a number of health and fitness magazines. Tanya serves on the Advisory Board of SHAPE magazine and writes monthly for local publications the new national publication Cycling World, as well as for local publications Sport Elizabeth, Algoa Sun and Home Living.
Tanya's of the opinion that the route to outstanding performance begins with some essential basics, and says "I believe good nutritional choices and positive lifestyle habits are the ultimate key to becoming a top-level athlete. Unless you truly understand what goes on inside your body as a result of the choices you make, you'll never achieve the optimum performance capabilities you desire".
